Extended Peak Peptide Stack
A three-phase sequencing protocol for men whose function is intact but who want to optimise the quality, depth, and duration of a sexual encounter — arousal amplification, pharmacological refractory-period reset, and between-round tissue recovery.
What's in this stack
PT-141 is a synthetic peptide that activates melanocortin receptors to help support sexual desire and arousal in both men and women.
Kisspeptin is a peptide that influences the reproductive hormone pathway, often studied for its role in modulating hormone release in the body.
BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide modeled after a fragment of human gastric juice, studied for its potential to support tissue repair and recovery.
TB-500 is a laboratory‑made fragment of the naturally occurring protein thymosin beta‑4, used mainly to support tissue repair and reduce inflammation.
Who this stack is for
Men whose erectile function and libido are intact but who want to optimise the experience itself — the quality of arousal, extension beyond the natural refractory period, and the tissue recovery that sustains intensity across multiple rounds. Typically 30–55. This is not an ED protocol; if underlying function is compromised, the Reclaim protocol comes first.
How to run it
Three timed phases per encounter. Phase 1 (45–90 min before): PT-141 subcutaneously for central, dopamine-driven arousal, optionally with a dopamine precursor. Phase 2 (after round one): a small Kisspeptin dose antagonises the prolactin spike that drives the refractory period, reactivating arousal circuits for round two. Phase 3 (between rounds or post): BPC-157 + TB-500 address the real tissue inflammation of extended activity. Do NOT combine PT-141 with any PDE5 inhibitor (Viagra/Cialis/tadalafil) — that combination is contraindicated for blood-pressure and priapism risk; if daily tadalafil is your base, skip PT-141 and use the Mucuna + Kisspeptin + recovery variant instead.
What to expect
The refractory period is a neurochemical brake, not a physical limit — Kisspeptin taken after round one shortens it pharmacologically. The recovery layer is what makes round three feel like round one. PT-141 works no more than once per 24h and up to ~8×/month; Kisspeptin sexual dosing no more than 2–3 sessions/week to avoid receptor desensitisation.
Frequently asked questions
Does Kisspeptin shorten the refractory period?
Kisspeptin receptors exist throughout the limbic system, not just the hypothalamus. Taken after ejaculation, Kisspeptin antagonises the prolactin spike that drives the refractory period, reactivating arousal circuits — effectively shortening recovery pharmacologically rather than waiting the natural 24–72 hours. Taken before round one it can slightly dampen an already-peaking arousal, so timing is after, not before.
Can I combine PT-141 with Cialis or Viagra?
No — this is an absolute contraindication. PT-141 with any PDE5 inhibitor risks dangerous blood-pressure changes and priapism. Choose one architecture: either PT-141-based (no daily tadalafil) or a daily low-dose tadalafil base (no PT-141).
Why add BPC-157 and TB-500 to a sexual protocol?
Extended activity creates real tissue stress — pelvic-floor fatigue, sustained engorgement, micro-friction. BPC-157 (anti-inflammatory, angiogenic) and TB-500 (anti-fibrotic, cell migration) injected between rounds or post-encounter address inflammation before it becomes next-day soreness or reduced responsiveness.
